Bizhub 4 series and newer slow fuser crawl noise.....any fix?

Hey gang, I searched for 'fuser noise' etc and nothing came up.....we all know the fusers in the 45ppm and lower units make some ticking/clicking noises (and the bigger 654+ boxes squeak like mice - grease the cleaning levers)....but is there a way to shut it up or minimize its run time?

I'm getting a few complaints, and didn't know what they were talking about until I aquired a C368 and was standing in front of it looking through counts, etc. and heard it first hand....Thought I'd ask y'all who are doing it full time before i tackle it myself from scratch..one machine was reported to make a 'moaning' sound....

We remove the cleaning section after the noise starts or replace it with 3de party bushings and rollers. You can set the sleep timer on the machine. I have instructed some customers to use the soft power switch after using the machine.
    Whatever

Allan, can you name the 3rd party you get yours from? Quality varies wildly on ebay parts sellers!

We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
        The medication helps though...

I got mine for the 4 series on Alibaba. I only did this for a few fusers as I typically try my best to convince everyone to stage any larger machines away from the workspace when possible.

You can read my workaround/discoveries here:

Believe it's CET. There products are hit and miss.

I regularly check for rust on fuser rollers bearings (squeaking or clicking noise) happens even after 100k.

A1RF529300 Transfer Ball bearing (OEM part)

For all machines up to 36 ppm (maybe even for 45 ppm)

Also you can check for traces of rust on fuser interlock (door side) + moaning sound ---> change Clutch CL8 (happens on high counters 300k - 600k).

Yes. Additionally, in my experience, the "bearing" on the black cleaning roller degrades over time and tends to cause the shaft for the roller itself to get a gouge in it rendering nearly worthless if not caught soon enough. This will cause more of a clicking noise as the roller starts to knock around in the frame.
