I have a customer migrating from Active Directory to AzureAD, SMB is working on the Konica Minolta C458 with Active Directory. Once the end user converts to AzureAD with their new credentials we get a login error despite attempts to configure AzureAD correctly. Suggestions or standard configuration to allow the end users to scan to SMB while operating AzureAD platform?

We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
The medication helps though... -

I'm pretty sure scanning directly to Cloud is not supported on the KM MFPs..The marketplace apps give you some additional scan Apps, but Azure is not one of them..Normally is a situation like this there would be a 3rd party scanning solution ie Auto Store, Dispatch, Paper Cut ect. I did see a free marketplace app that may establish a MFP login, and even the previous attachment shows "import Azure settings" which KM MFPs do not have..Hope this helps a little.Comment

All of my customers are small and midsize so I don't have to deal with the complexities of scanning to folder over the internet. Some of it sounds like a pain in the ass. Let us know if you find a solution. Good luck.Adversity temporarily visits a strong man but stays with the weak for a lifetime.Comment

Konicas aren't exactly state of the art software wise. I hate to say that but their softwares are junk. Like Marketplace or bizhub workplace hub those are total marketing faults.A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.

* Yes I know that you can update firmware online usually, but due to chip shortages there were machines where USB update was the only way.Comment
