CF5001: yellow background

Hello!

there is a yellow background on my CF5001, yellow toner not "dusting" inside copier, drums and belt are clean, but transfer roller covered by yellow toner after 2-3 prints. i trying to reset calibration, change drum, belt unit - no effect. if i installing new dev. unit from another Cf5001, it prints good, but after 10-20 prints yellow background appears again.

Is there a difference between sending print jobs or making copies at the machine? I have seen new vista systems trying to print with XP drivers cause similar problems.

no difference, printing from Win2000 and WinXP and from own menus of CF5001 (service mode).

Are you using genuine toner?
When you tried a different yellow dev unit what happened when this tank was put back into the machine you took it from? Did it work ok then?
My thoughts are wrong toner maybe!
