Image is light at about an area of 5 cm at the top. As client told me this happened after opc drum replacement. I cleared charge corona with no result. I noticed when i opened drum unit that developer on magnetic roller at the top side is not so intenced as at the rest of the mag roller. Is it opc or developer the problem?

The developing and drum are all contained in the imaging unit. If they just replaced the drum then they took apart the imaging unit. I would start with whoever not doing it properly and shouldn't have done that to begin with.

You cleaned the charge roller, did you also clean the printhead ?

Give the imaging unit a good shake (keep it level) These are such old machines that the IU's have been sitting on a shelf for years possibly stored upright too.

I'd like to congratulate anybody that can get one of those triangle ended boxes to store upright... I understand why they were made that way, but what a PIA they were to store.
