    c250.jpg

    - density difference betweeen "1" and the rest
    - repeating pattern in "2"
    - strange lines in "3"
    - white spots all over the page (also on yellow)
    - lines along the page

Where does this machine operate (office or somewhere else)?
What's the humidity in this place? Air conditioning?
Post a photo of cleaning roller and charging roller of magenta drum (other drums too for comparison).

hi all, I have cyan and sometimes yellow background problems.
the color developing units have been running for 3600 minutes, the drums are
at 20% of use, the toner is original.ATDC value 6.77
doing the stabilization and gradation adjust it improves but after two days the problem returns.
I tried to edit image backround adj, raising the values,
the situation stabilized for a few days and then came back.
the total counter is 60,400 of which 27,000 in colour, firmware F00-G00-Q6
Do you have any suggestions? Thank you

Are you using genuine or compatible / aftermarket toner ?

Strange Lines @3 looks like insufficient druom or ITB claning. In case it just occures with magenta solids it's probably just the drum unit. He can swap it against the cyan drum and check if these lines are showing in cyan just to be shure. Charge roller will probably show the same lines on it's surface I guess.
