hi all, I have cyan and sometimes yellow background problems.
the color developing units have been running for 3600 minutes, the drums are
at 20% of use, the toner is original.ATDC value 6.77
doing the stabilization and gradation adjust it improves but after two days the problem returns.
I tried to edit image backround adj, raising the values,
the situation stabilized for a few days and then came back.
the total counter is 60,400 of which 27,000 in colour, firmware F00-G00-Q6
Do you have any suggestions? Thank you

Probable false contact on the imaging units, you have cleaned the id sensors, initialize and stabilize.

Thanks, I'll check the contact details of the developer units,
I had extracted them all from the machine to check the integrity of the mylars,
I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary.

Check and report TCRs in service mode, should be around 7%

Yes readings are good, however fusing temperature is very low. Do you have poor fusing on solid colours? Do state confirmation and make cmyk halftones at 30 and 255 for us to see them.

i think the fuser temp is only accurate when you hit start on that screen, then it gives live action readings making a printout page.

yeah, when the screen is idle its kind of arbitrary readings but when you hit start you see the fuser temp go up and the live real atdc readings etc...

below the halftone prints with density 255 and 30
plus two internal prints first with magenta spots
and after initialization and stabilization of good quality, thank you

Check ribon cables to the laser or laser itself(PH unit) it may be deffective.

I had a +250i where I had a cyan background. Any tests and attempts brought no solution except to exchange the cyan developing unit.

Hi, I spoke to a kmi specialist and he suggested I replace the temp sensor.
I will try this solution and let you know. now the customer is on vacation.

So what are temperature/humidity readings atm?
