    C659 box priinting -> limitations?

I might be too dumb to RTFM but I can't find that intel.

Customer of mine use the box to collect several jobs over night and print them next day.
Seems stuff is missing and if he prints a new job in his box it's not showing up.

Jobs contains mostly 1 or 2 pages but the number of jobs are ~300.

The user manual says there are limitations about how many files you can store in a user box and also a limit regarding the size / memory capacity, see:

    box.jpg

That's pretty vague and I'd like to know the details - anyone knows these limits?

    Service manual give's me this:

    box2.jpg

That's obviously partially BS but 10000 pages Box capacity across all functions might be legit,
still no information about the number of files.

look in hdd capacity in service mode, make sure at least 100Gb are shown vacant on the hdd.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

Afaik you can't store more than 200 jobs(documents) in one user box. This makes user box functionality pretty much useless in our cases plus storing documents in machine storage (HDD, SSD, SD card) is generally bad idea.

        P.S.
Page scope box operator is rather lagging and obsolete program too

          Have you tried ID&print instead?
You can print all the docs to PDF then dropping it into a hot folder when needed.
          Whatever

ThanK's for the hints and suggestions. 200 jobs is probably not enough for this customer. Is this also the limitation for ID & Print?

            Manual explains:

When you print a document from the PC in the user authentication system environment, the files transferred with the ID & Print function are stored in the ID & Print User Box. When a user who has sent the print data logs in to this machine and opens the User Box, he can preview, print out, or delete the stored file.
Sounds like it's a box, too
