BizHub C368, IC416 Fiery

Hi, Just installed this off lease C368 and my IT guy is saying Fiery wont print and has error "Stopped filter failed". The machine only has 30K on it so can't be a filter on copier. The customer is using MAC computers. Fiery will print config & demo pages no problem. Thinking it has something to do with the MAC computers because Fiery printed fine using Windows PC at my shop before I delivered machine.

he probably means the CUPS filter, thats a MAC problem not a copier one.

on a MAC the fiery should be installed using LPR with Print as the queue name.

then the user needs to open CUPS and configure as needed.

but now i realize its the CUPS filter that failed most likely.
