    Konica Minolta C224e/C554e Firmware

Does anyone have the current firmware download for C224e/C554e? We have 2 C554e machines and 1 C224e machine and I would like to get them all on the same version of firmware. Any help would be appreciated.

I too would like to know where I can obtain new Firmware for C554e. I service my machine myself and have been unable to track down the source. If such a source exist, please just point me in the direction.

WIN 10 or WIN 11? Papercut? What's the level you have currently? Without knowing any of that the highest level I would go is GDS-M1. The biggest thing though is what is your current level?

I hope no one minds that I'm re-uping this thread..

I have a client with a C554e currently on A5C10Y0-F000-G00-J5(DB), which I'm not familiar with and cant find a reference to on One Stop.

Can I step them up to G20-K8 then jump to GDU-M1?

          Thanks!

do they have an issue that needs to be addressed by special firmware?
if not regular g20-M1 should be fine.
ive jumped many versions to get to the latest with the 4 series with no issues.
just remember to change bit sw 25 to the correct version.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
            The medication helps though...

              .
No, this an off lease unit that hasn't been updated who knows how long.

On other 4 series units i've updatd that had firmware older than K8 needed to get to that release before accepting M1.

As I mentioned, I cant find any reference to J5(DB) and dont want to run into a firmware issue at a customer location.

One word of caution, check what version the SSD is on, if it's on an early V6.01 update that first.
