    Printing with diferent font

    hi, any1 could help.... i got 2 machines printing with diferent font only from PC or USB if i print some pages from machines the lettering is ok



    i tried with diferent docs pdfs words exels and always print with diferent font

      print both network config pages and compare.
      let us know whats different besides the IP
      We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

          You might look in the PCL print driver settings for the font option: Download as bitmaps.
          I forget how it's worded: there's an option to substitute similar fonts or download fonts as needed from the web.
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
