I agree the 4 series was better then the new machines with charge rollers. But how are you going to get parts to service it if no longer supported by Kon/Min?

So once again not sure how a machine that is in "end of life" status be an "up"grade? Doesn't make sense and really sounds stupid.

Nothing to do with the "right" suppliers! Of course you can get aftermarket high mortality parts like drums, blades, etc but what about if you need an oddball part like a gear, sensor, etc? What happens then, your customer is down while you are searching for the part. Sounds like a good way to lose customers.

Not sure where you get C224's to "up"grade your customers but here in the USA you don't see any. They are done coming off lease so only alternative is buying a newer model.

Like I posted the "4" series are great and wish they were still around but had to move on. I still have a lot of "4" series I service but upgrading to the "8" series as needed.

Good luck sticking to your guns, hope you don't lose customers over it.

Well next time you are there, go into SM and take a look at the temp/humidity readings
