    4750i incorrect toner/ replace toner

This took me a while to figure out. After taking it completely apart, the TBSB (toner bottle sensor board) was missing the spring according to the parts manual. Replaced the spring and reset engine switch 6. Works fine. Never found the spring. Tech support was not much help. I know I may or may not be allowed to say it. I am getting tired of desktop machines after 30 years.

You are allowed to say you are tired of Kon/Min desktop models. Many here agree the small B&W models are crap and getting worse! Kon/Min has used other OEM's small B&W machines for years.

Plus all Kon/Min models are getting worse each time they come out with a new series!

I agree. The QMS printers were a lot easier to work on.
