Re: Image comes out full black
Are prints, scans, and copies all equally affected, or which combination? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: Image comes out full black
Yes they all look the same text look bold and picture like the bird on the internal print comes out as a black square. Doesn't matter if it's a print copy or internal print. Have not tested scans. Konica things the gradation is messed up somehow because even if I run a halftone at 1 out of 256 it's just as dark as 256Comment

Re: Image comes out full black
Yeah you are right when I showed up this morning to replace the idc sensors I found the connector disconnect problem from one of the last two tech here within the last two weeks, plugged it in all good now that I'm thinking about it that makes alot of sense just don't know why or how that was unplugged while under a cover that protects it. Thanks for the response everyoneComment
