C258 slide menu

I always turn off the slide arrow because it covers the toner gauge on screen. For some reason it won't turn off using Bit sw 227 to all "0"'s.

Have a feeling it has to do with Bizhub Secure?

Any suggestions appreciated.

There is a setting in user mode to turn it off.

C258 display sidebar

I tried that before and it came back. The following procedure will take care of it permanently.

To turn off side bar:

Utility, Admin settings, System settings, Custom display settings, slide menu settings, select on or off.

Some other settings for side bar are here as well.
