We are a small indepented Co. and recently received a C450i. Service and Admin passwords have been changed, everything points to use using LMS to reset the password through a reset code. Our limited access to Konica's resource does not give us the "issue reset code" function. We have tried all the password permutations, and have tried the reset tool to no avail. Any guidance or direction would be greatly apprecated.
