Hello everyone. I have a C759 that makes color lines across the page when running color. Black and white runs clean. I've changed the ITB and the test page image from the utility is beautiful except for these faint color lines. There's a yellow line about 3/4" from the top, a blue line about 3" from top, a magenta about 1' from bottom. I've cleaned the IUs but no change. I've also changed the image transfer belt. Thanks for any assistance.

Sounds like it's time for new color image units. How many pages are on them?
The color image units in that machine have a life expectancy of 200K color pages. It is very common for them to not even make that before they crap out.
The consumables in the C659 and C759 = Junk.A Ricoh Service Tech for 7 year. A Konica Minolta Service Tech for 7 years. Now, KM service manager for 4 years.
My Ricoh knowledge is slowly dwindling away at this point. Many things have been lost to time... -

An image sample would be nice. Something like this:Attached FilesIf you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thank you for following up with what fixed the issue. Too many people get help and then run, without providing what the actual solution was.
