Hi everyone. I just installed a PK-520 into a FS-536 finisher (attached to a C759). After installation, I followed the manual's steps to configure the punch kit. However, after completing the process, I press the finishing tab on the control screen and the punch option is not there nor through the computer. Any ideas? As always, thanks!

Re: Installed a PK-520, but copier doesn't recognize
I appreciate the reply!
Yes, I performed these steps. After touching "decision" it prompts to turn "machine off/on" which I did. I also tried to end then exit service mode before doing the off/on thing as well.
To no avail either wayComment

Re: Installed a PK-520, but copier doesn't recognize
Thanks for taking the time to reply. I was thinking this last night as well. I installed a punch kit on another C759 and it worked like a charm.
I just now disconnected and reconnected everything and now the machine panel recognizes the punch and I can get punched output from the doc handler, but my computer still doesn't give me the option to choose 3-hole. In the printing preferences screen (on the "Finish" tab, it says that setting needs to be: "Punch Unit: Other than none".
In the Printer properties window, I click the "configure" tab and the device option window still has "none" as the setting for the Punch Unit
Any help is appreciated !Comment

Re: Installed a PK-520, but copier doesn't recognize
Uninstalled drivers and reinstalled...did the trick! Not sure why the second C759 came online immediately and the first C759 didn't, but I guess it's one of those weird things that will forever remain unexplained.
Thanks again to all.Comment
