Bizhub C558 blurry color prints / images

I have a bizhub C558 in my workshop and it prints blurry color prints. The blurry color print also appears on the demo test page.
Below is the list of troubleshooting I have done but the issue still remains:

1. ^ndnd

Note: Stabilization is on Mode 2 and stabilization adjustment is on Color Priority

I am at the stage of initializing the machine to bring it back to its default settings but firstly would like anyone who have experienced the same issue share some ideas to assist me rectify this issue.

If there is a noticeable difference front to rear. , you might want to look at cleaning the polygon mirror in the print head.

If it looks similar to this, it's likely a failed PH Unit from my experience.

I had something similar happen on two different C658, both were caused by the Print Head units.

I will try swap out the PH unit with another working unit. Will post an update.

I can say that the 8-series seems to have far more Print Head (Laser Unit) failures than previous models. From my experience the output generally looks way more messed up than what is seen in the samples provided. However, since just about everything else I would have expected to cause the problem appears to have been touched, I'm going to agree that the OP should try out a known good unit and see if that corrects the problem.
