    RU-515 with FS-534 konica 758 b&w

    My friends,

I have problem Konica 758, with RU-515 and FS-534 finisher what causes paper jam in the entrance to the finisher
I think the reason is the RU-515 stepper motor speed.
Is there any solution to this problem? like update the finisher firmware!
I have two machines with the same problem
I am a Xerox technician Recently I started dealing with Konica Minolta

In any case, I'm also looking for Konica Minolta 758/754 service manual, firmware and animation guide data.
I will be happy if you find the solution

    It takes an FS-536 and a RU-515....
    You will have issues.

The RU-515/FS-534 combo will work but you need to remove it every time you do firmware for there are small differences with the elevator motor that will cause the finisher to stop working if you use FS-536 firmware on it...
    Whatever

so you mean that will work ? so why the paper jam at the
      beginning of the finisher.

Have you inspected the finisher entrance? The early FS-534 finishers had issues with the black mylar guide in the finisher entrance wearing through at the fold point in the mylar and then would snag the paper causing jams. It's very difficult to see this mylar and the worn area, so it's best to remove the entrance guide plate and inspect closely.

Yes, I checked it well and there is no problem
Currently, I have temporarily solved the problem by raising the last shifter about 2mm per unit Ru-515

But I think this is not a correct solution

silly question -is the finisher the correct height.... you can raise/lower it on each corner. apart from it not being the right FNS
Tip for the day; Treat every problem as your dog would.....If you cant eat it or f*ck it....then p*ss on it & walk away...

Go to service mode then counters look there for the last logged jam codes. J-2936 is not a valid jam code.
