First you PM me with a different name asking for the F/W and I sent it. Now you make a new name and ask on public forum?
Perhaps it's because I asked you to make a small contribution to this website to help keep it going. I asked for "small" donation to website after I sent firmware.
Because of this you have ruined it for everyone! I will no longer help anyone with firmware or manuals that don't have "Contributor" badge under name! Don't even ask!

its not like im trying to build a copytechnet empire for the owner, its just seems fair that for less than the cost of a manual if were for sale at barnes and knoble you can get the help you need from other members here.
without this site hundreds of folks would find themselves shit outta luck on a daily basis, doesnt it feel good in you heart knowing you helped keep a resource for techs all over the planet alive and kicking?
since im at 2c i may as well get 3 cents in..
ive worked long and hard to earn the right to possess a reset file legitimately and im sure not gonna share it with anyone that shows no appreciation for this resource or the blood sweat and tears it took for us to earn the right to use that file.
no tickee no washee, no badgee no file-e.
i support your decision!

I don't understand, did I do something wrong? I just asked for help on a public forum that I believe was created with the intention of helping other professional friends. I just asked for help with a movie data file from the 368e mono and received this help. I thanked everyone who responded privately for the file. I don't understand what happened. If someone can explain it to me I would appreciate it.
I don't speak fluent English, I'm using a translator, and from what I understand they're saying that I created 2 users to request help. I didn't do that, I just have this user that I created yesterday to ask for help. There's no reason for me to do this, if I needed help with other things I would have asked in the same place.
Sorry if you are not person that PM'd me but very strange someone would ask for same firmware right after. Plus you just joined this forum.
I still think moving forward it's best that a member is a contributor before I send them manuals or firmware.
The OP mentioned about this being a public forum, they are correct this is a public forum and can get help here for FREE! But when it comes to sharing Konica Minolta "copyrighted" material it's a whole different thing.
So for $5 or $10 USD contribution to this website you will have endless help from professionals with years of experience. I can't tell you how many times this website has helped me all the years I've been a member. I not only contribute with money but also try and help with technical support as much as I can. Funny most technicians wouldn't blink an eye for a $5 or $10 "tool" that would make their job easier, Yet this website can be one of the best "tools" in your bag!
i get PMs all the time from members without even a single post asking for files.
but that contributor badge on a few that understands the need to support this site usually leave here happy.

The problem with that policy is that the "Contributor" badge does not mean as much as you apparently think it does. It fails to tell you the difference between someone who has made a $1.00 contribution and someone who has made a $100.00 contribution. It also has no indication as to how many times they have made a contribution or how long it has been since they made one.

i totally agree on that angle, i see it as at least making the effort. plus being on the site as much as i am i see the contribution bar % increase and from my own contributions im pretty sure 100% is 250.00 goal.
i think you can estimate a 10 dollar donation if it goes up 4%
