C360 laser does not focus

Good afternoon, my Konica bizhub c360 did not focus well on the ADF and glass copy. I decided to clean the glass mirrors but it didn't work. I tried removing the laser from another c360 and it didn't work. I think it's a matter of focusing well but I can't find it. the approach, does anyone know of a way?

Try swapping the CCD unit. This is exclusive to scanning & copying, but not printing. Only remove the 4 screws without the red lock tight on them. Do NOT remove any other screws!

How did it print though? If it prints fine the laser was fine. Either not enough info or you shotgunned the whole thing
