Re: BH-C-284e, showing nag screen
Made a nice company logo as the manual says: BootupScreen.png, 800x400 dots, 256 colors but no worky. Says USB NG.
Sigh...., is there any soft switch to just get the beloved Minolta Logo back?
Machine has to go out tomorrow, but NOT with that stupid screen from my competitor.

Re: BH-C-284e, showing nag screen
In the meantime, I read the following "When making the logo data, use the exclusive image making tool"
Huh? Never heard of this tool. Any has it?

Image format PNG format File extension *. png File name BootupScreen.png Image size 800 x 480 dots Color 256 colors (Palette that the machine specifies is used.) We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
The medication helps though...Comment

Re: BH-C-284e, showing nag screen
Thanks Synth.
Found in the meantime the solution here in the panel:
BootUpScreen
Page 5.
It needs the KM_BootScreenConverter311.zip
Why this is not being mentioned in the stupid manual from stupid KonicaMinolta is hard to understand.
Lost two hours of my lifetime with this crap.........
