1st pic, third white gear from the top looks (from sms quality pic) like there is toner and or developer on what i think is a one way needle bearing on it that may be slipping?
i really cant tell from the pic, im sorry

But that gear has two gears behind it in the Drive, does that toner have anything to do with it? Because the gear at the back that goes to the motor moves that gear

Something happens to me with the pfu, when I put the sheet in thick 1 it pulls it well, and in plane paper it doesn't

What are the jam codes?
Are there any error codes associated with the jams? Like maybe C255X density code?

Did you replace rubber rollers and one way clutches?
That should be first step.
Never had any problem with gears and motors on this machines.

When you say 'blades' what are you referring to ?

Did you replace a PFU with a new or used one ?

I mean sheets of paper, I changed clutches for a PFU that worked in another printer, I also changed 3 PFU that I doubt would work at all but it was to test.
The sheet passes good when set to thickness 1.

Does it feed paper if the tray is set to SEF or does it feed A3 (large) paper ?
