    Bizhub 363 paper jam

    Hi,
    I have Bizhub 363 with 2 trays.
    tray 1 - problem
I replace all pickup rollers and the solenoid in the beginning of the pickup module.
All the same, the paper can't out from the tray. I attach the pics.
Any ideas how to fix this problem?

The little black one way clutches that sit next to the feed rollers can slip causing this issue.

Take them off & clean with a little oil then refit but in a different position this should do the trick.

Replace the little black one way's and remove/scuff the shiny trace where they run on the shafts with ScotchBrite.

Just did one for a customer on a BH-363 last afternoon with exactly the same symptoms.

The problem is you cannot use those black "ribbed" rollers for all 3. Only the pick-up roller should be black "ribbed", the others rollers "feed & sep" should be the red rollers.

Plus you have used the wrong rollers for feed & separation, however it may still work once you clean the one way clutches.

Is this a pick-up roller, which is the correct, and I must change the other 2 rollers?

No. The one you marked with an arrow is the lower separation roller and must NOT be of the ribbed type
                  Have a look:

Yes the one you allowed is correct, the pick up roller.

The other two need to be the orange type part number A00J563600

It looks to me like the one with the arrow is the sep roller.
The pick-up roller is the one that drops down to "pick-up" the paper. So in the picture it is the one on the bottom.

Yes you are right, the pic is very small. The sep roller also has the white torque limiter. The pick up & feed don't

Just to be clear there is only one separation roller (red or orange type), The roller that contacts the separation roller is called the "feed roller" and is same red or orange type.

The first roller that drops down to contact paper can be the black ribbed (new style) or you can use same red/orange roller as the other feed & separation rollers.

I clean the clutches, clean the shifts, configure the rollers just like you says and yes the miracle happened.
The machine pick up paper from first tray. Thank you very very mach of all of you.

Yes I know, but since KonicaMinolta calls everything rolling just "Roller" we started internally since decades to use the expression “Upper and Lower Separation Roller” though this is not exactly correct, but it describes a little more precise what rollers they are.

Everything is better than just Roller or one of the other KonicaMinolta favorite expressions for anything they don't have a good name for, like, “Holder or Guide”.......
