KM C2060L slow boot.

hello everyone,

I have this KM C2060L with a weird habit.
machine is 5 years old, end of lease, roughly 2m clicks.
this machine takes its time to boot.. and i mean anywhere between 10 mins to 90 mins to start its booting process.
i have blue light on the screen but no lights on boards. it stays like this for a while, and then it decides randomly to come alive.
starts normally and works normally.
if i restart the machine either sub power or main power buttons it does exactly the same thing.. taking its time to come back.

any help would be welcome!

Hi, i think you nedd to change the fiery hdd by a new one with the same specifications.

I have a C2060 that does the same thing, only it won't start booting for hours. I'll do some work on it on a Saturday and then power it back up up. It will just sit there with the blue LED on while I work on other machines and never start up. I give up waiting and call it a day.

I contact the customer on Monday to check status and they said it was up and running when they came in. I am going to start by replacing Power Supply 1. There is a similar known issue with the Accurioprint 1100 doing the same thing and PS1 fixes it.

Machine does this regardless of the fiery being attached or not.

thats quite interesting.. does image processing board have anything to do with the boot process?
