[Dead] Repeat Magenta Shaddow for Black Printing !!!!!

    Hello friends
I have a C452 and I'm having trouble repeating the shade of magenta at a distance of 13.9cm.
    What I did:
I changed the drum and blade for red color.
I even changed the magenta image unit, but the problem has not been solved.
It is interesting that where there is black printing, a magenta shade is printed, and the shade is not printed for the magenta color itself.

    Thank you for your guidance

We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.

The way you measured the interval does not give meaningful information. Please print about 3 or 4 demo pages on A3 or ledger size paper and post that. The reason for that amount of pages is to see if it could be repeating on the transfer belt. It seems that there are other maintance issues concerning the QC as well. Set your drum background adjustment to -5 on all the units to see is the ghosting stops. Lowering that value will decrease to amount of charge applied to the drums. Si if its due to residual charge that in causing bad cleaning that will show itself.

I would also play with the fusing temp all the way from -20 all the way up to +10 or +15. Then primary charge also comes to mind, you can change those values too to see if the outcome changes.

Looks like its is poor cleaning on the magenta to me. Please post the parts life.
          Whatever
