Since you swapped drums and it still remained, and based on your sample, that looks exactly like toner or something on the laser glass. It sounds like you are an end user and not a tech, so what you need to do is remove the waste toner box (inside the front access door) carefully, don't spill it! Attached to the inside of the access door is a grey colored wand with a white cleaning pad attached to it. Under each of the drums you will see a rectangular hole with light blue stickers under them. Slide the cloth end of the wand in and out of the hole under each of the drums a couple times and those void lines should go away.
Thank you so much it has improved removing most of the stripes but there is still thin stripes on paper as you can see in picture, it is different color, also sometimes the toner looks like it peels off the paper. I am not a copy machine tech nor an end user. I have decades of technical experience and I get from time to time a copy machine/printer, repair it and donate it to church, rehab center or who needs one. This is just a hobby.

I am still in need of firmware. If no one wants to share with me than can someone at least tell me what version I need?

    Thank you for your help

Lucky me it was close to the damn hole end so with needles can be picked. But boy do I feel stupid
Thankfully on i series some engineer moved wand up from WTB mess. But generally felts are for trash bin after some years soiled with toner.
Don't feel stupid, it's happen to me many times. Especially since the "4" series are old. It's not so much the felt getting dirty, more the foam rubber under felt falling apart from age. What sucks is if that sticky foam rubber gets on laser window. Fortunately a repalcement felt is available to replace for $6. New wand cost $35.

I can't tell you how many times I've had the ones from way back in the 552/652 machines where the pad peeled off on the one side when I was cleaning the laser glass and it smeared the glue onto the laser glass. Very frustrating to have to remove the whole laser unit (PH) in order to clean the glue off the glass!

The lines that are left in the sample you shared look like charge lines, which would be coming from the drums. There is a white flag looking piece that sticks out the back side of each of the drums. Sliding this in and out will clean the charge assembly of the drum, but based on what I can see it looks like one or more may be beyond the point of cleaning. If you run the CMYK halftones at a density of 100, it will be pretty obvious which colors you are having problems with. The lines will become very evident. Focus your cleaning on those and you might get lucky.

This is why I hate when I f*** The machine. Nothing dramatic by the end every one is fixed but it really makes you humble.
