have you removed the fiery cover and made sure everything is snug?
i dont recall if it was an A9 error but the CPU heat sink had 1 broken leg so the cpu would overheat and shut down or reboot.
id check it physically then plug a monitor into it and a keyboard.
during the initial boot you can get into the BIOS like a regular computer and check out the hardware status tab. look for temps out of range.
outside of that, try replacing the HDD and run system software on it.
this is a IC-413 correct?We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
