Bizhub 308e - 458e family fusers

Hi, as title says is anyone have success with those fusers lasting more than 300-400k?
All machines are on only OEM consumables, nothing generic.
All of ours made between those numbers before they die.
Different customers with different environments, tried -10 degrees on them, some we removed filters from back of machine as per DM advise but came up short. Nothing.
Somehow can't believe rebuilding fuser with Alibaba parts can last more.
Any chance to get 600k out of them or something else?

In my humble opinion, the only additional thing that you can do is set the sleep mode to a very short time period. =^..^=

On the 55 and 65 ppm machines removing the cleaning roller and brush at around 300K helps it to go well past yield.

Very hard to get more than 400k out of them. Only way I can see getting 400k is if machine is running higher volume, if these fusers sit in low volume enviroments it kills them!

Which brings me back to one of my recent posts about these fusers are crap.

Several issues like noise at idle with clunking & squealing, power supply buzzing, etc etc

I've rebuilt several of these fusers and good results with the aftermarket rollers, belt, bearings. Not sure if they will last longer because most of my customers are lower volume.

Just can't figure out why Kon/Min keeps same design series after series. If other OEM's can make a quiet fuser that last 500k + why can't K/M

I've been rebuilding the 4 series and 8 series (same fuser, basically) with parts from China for a while now. They seem to work good but I can't get more than 400K out of them either.

I'm also trying to rebuild the C-658/659 fusers with parts from China also. I may have figured out a way to use the bearings in the cleaning rollers, because the ones that come from China aren't an exact fit.
Never thought about REMOVING the cleaning rollers though; I thought the machines had to have them because of the speed. Of course, lubing all the bearings with Krytox definitely helps. It reduces a lot of
drag and allows you to keep using the bearings you can't get in the aftermarket.

I don't remove the cleaning rollers if customer does a lot of 2 sided. I have removed the cleaning rollers in the C654/C754 series with no issues but most of the time I just replace the cleaning & brush rollers along with new bearings & bushings.

Thanks guys.
I have high and low volume clients and outcome is pretty much the same. These low speed machines don't have cleaning rollers to be removed and sleep time is 15 minutes already.
Speaking of fuser temperature is anyone tried to prolong fuser life with setting higher temperature?
At first thought it can destroy fuser soonner than normal but the actual problem is toner/dirt accumulation on fuser belt which in turn makes copies dirty. Can a bit higher temperature slow this process?
