First just so you know this site isn't live or monitored. Sometimes may get lucky and a tech is online. But this site shouldn't be used for onsite assistance.

Now as for your C550. As you are probably aware that model has been in Kon/Min "End of life" status for several years. I checked on the dealer website and there is no longer anything for the C550.

Only thing I can suggest is replacing the Trans belt sensor or printer control board.

I saw your post in the C253 thread, C550 is similar with code but not the same.

I'm sure some others will offer advice.

      Best of luck

check the mounting on both sides of the 2nd transfer roller, somehow this feels like broken spring mounted shaft on the rear side of the xfer roller.
havent had to work on one in 12 years but 2152 seemed to ring a bell with the roller mounts to me.
hope im wrong, replacing that whole unit sucks and is rarely available.
        good luck.

        check both #3 parts.

        The medication helps though...

Hi, you need to check whether the sensors and sliding mechanism are working correctly.PS51_52.jpgsliding mech.jpgc_2152.jpgc2152.jpg
