I hope you're all doing well.

I have this exact same issue after updates on a IC-418, could I please trouble someone for the Fiery USB Setup tool.exe and the IC418 SystemSW v1.02(E).iso?

I too will be upgrading the HDD to solid state as this seems like a good time for the upgrade.

Any help with this would as always be very much appreciated!

Finally after reinstalling the system software one more time, in installed the updates one at a time starting with the oldest and giving the Fiery plenty of time to do its restarts, etc. I thought at least I could nail down which update was corrupting the system software. Well, it turned out all the updates went through just fine applying them one at a time. I have been up and running since...

        Good morning Mevaser,

Thank you for posting this, it's very encouraging hearing you had great success with the Firmware update and SSD HDD. CopyTech has very kindly supplied the files and USB setup tool, I have an SSD here ready and I will attempt to get this installed this week. I will report back here and let you all know how I get on, thanks again Mevaser and CopyTech!!
