Even though you repalced the black drum it still looks to be the problem. Was it a genuine drum? Is toner genuine or aftermarket?

looks to me like a lousy toner spill on the printhead.
remove the drum and DV unit and inspect the laser slit glass.
check DV unit mag roller. maybe something behind doctor blade.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
        The medication helps though...

Wouldn't toner on laser glass cause white voids?

when your eyes are 58 years old and someone posts a friggin postage stamp size of a pic to diagnose CQ this is what you get.
the first pics look like a 3" void down the middle of the page. like the mag roller is bare.
if thats just the edge of the page? well, please consider a full size pic to examine.

ha-ha. I hear you brother with my old eyes it is hard to see that small pic. Agree it could be developer related, especially since the black drum & trans belt have been repalced.

It looks like the edge of the page. I am familiar with the internal printout. It looks like soiling more than lines to me.
Would be better if the OP can upload a PDF instead.

Looks like developer spilled to me. But with so small information could be really everything.
A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.
Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.
