KONICA C458 MAGENTA?!!

Hi everyone.. a very strange thing happened to my c458... the magenta, in addition to making really unusual lines, remains fixed at TCR 5.87.. with the "add toner" it does not increase the TCR and once downloaded the toner completely (TCR at 0) does not refill automatically. I do the "add toner" and the magenta TCR returns to 5.87. even if I try to redo an add toner it remains at 5.87

The toner tube is probably clogged. The system to add toner is pretty weak. Remove the toner mechanism in the front and make sure there are no magenta rocks in it.

Looking at your tiny picture it appears the transfer belt or imaging unit is not being cleaned, this could be the reason.

Pretty sure it's not ITB doing it only on magenta. Was M dev unit depleted and replaced with used one?

As far as possible judging from that crappy small picture, the edges which should be erased are having magenta too. So also my first guess would be the ITB to begin with.
