the email address on wireshark came from the certificate section
solved by recreating the certificate

Check the scan settings, sounds like the from email was changed and then set as default.

Scan/Fax button, then go to Name/Subject/File Name at the bottom and check the email there.

From the web interface everything seems to be good, to see on the physical machine, I will only be able to check tomorrow

Sorry for my english I'm French.
When I try to scan to mail I immediately get an error on Konica and I noticed during a packet analysis with wireshark that the Konica machine had not taken into account the modification of the email address, it's the same as the old one on wireshark "copieur.konica@ch**.fr and not the new "copieur.konica365@gh**.fr", this email address should not be present in the frame, yet everything is configured well, I have the same problem with another konica, where can it come from?
