    C224e Timer settings

    Customer sent me the attached picture. Said this is happening a few times a day. The machine has been in this office for several years working fine. Is this just the settings need to be changed? They said no one in office changed anything but I've heard those lies before....

              ive been out of work for like 20 months, my 25 years of experience has to be passed on somehow or my career ended in a waste.
              plus between the 2 of us we have the whole state represented!!
              We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
