Konica BizHub C284e color issue

hello
when my user print a page we notice that the middle of the page the color is not ok
in some it should be green and its not and other page i see it was suppose to be grey and it's not
what can we do and what could be the problem ?

well i did a color sample it seems to be ok but when they print a word document or excel document the middle have the color incorrect

You need to print out the gradation test prints from service mode called half-tones. Are you a technician?

if its letter\A4 print it landscape see if the issue rotates.

if you print the 4 gradient patterns in test mode that should be all you need to see if its the image or machine.

service mode, test mode, gradient pattern y,m,c,k one at a time.
11x17/A3 for the best results to also see if its a belt issue.
