But before updating each firmware , update boot rom first at each level
The newest firmware for function level 2.0 (Sw25 hex 10) is G00-G4. you should never go straight from function level 2.0 to function level 2.3. you can try going back to G00-G4 then step it up to G00-J9 and set switch 25 to hex 20 (Function Version 2.1) reboot , then to G00-k8 and set switch 25 to hex 30(Function Version 2.2) reboot.
Then if you want to take machine to Function version 2.3 load G00-RB.
attaching readme for each firmware level as well as the latest troubleshooting guide which also explains how to update boot rom. The read me on the firmware will tell you what the LDD , Movie Data and PDFa ,print driver needed plus a lot of other valuable information

The AU-201 H is end of life. KM released drivers for it 4 years ago for the C14000. The only remaining driver for the I series is for the AU201S. IF you are using
FeliCa IDm/FeliCa Private as cards we may be able to help you. If you are using standard HID cards there is nothing that can be done. The I series will simply not work with these readers outside of the 2 cards listed, and you have to have the tool to build these drivers. Your best bet it is find a used AU-205H, Ysoft, or RD Ideas AKU. These all work with KBW tech. E

You are correct , There is no LDD for the AU-201 on the KM website for the i-series. I did send him the firmware I will also include the newest LDD
