Error code C-4101

    Error code C-4101

    Good day,

    We have encountered this error code C-4101 on our AP C4070.
    Already tested to swap the PH unit with other color ( they are all the same), but the error still the same.
    Also tested PRCB, error still the same.
    Swapped DCPS1 and 2, still same error.

    Any thoughts on this?

      Try updating firmware and if that doesn't help you could have wiring problem, you can try cutting wire ties.

          Hi Markks,

          Done firmware update, but to no avail, we still get the same error code
