Bizhub c353 showing c2152 .replaced a new tranfer belt.tried trouble reset code still persists .anybo0dy with a sugestion

Check the position of your transfer belt, and the retraction sensor. You should be able to reset buy opening/closing the front door.

If thats a no go then you may have to replace the retraction sensor assy as they (KM) changed the shape of it to deal with this issue (to say the least). Not a fun item to get to either.

What do you mean by "test page black colour does not come out"?
Did you try to make a gradation adjust?

What i mean is the does not print or photocopy in black .and the other colours comes out with distortion sort of double image

Transfer belt has got seperation rollers for each IUs respectively inside it,which helps to produce images respectively on it.try to find if something is out of position inside, or take an old unit (if available). try that one in this machine, confirm, observe both belts carefully & there you are

I believe you're talking about the transfer roller and not separation roller...

I saw that error one time, it was the wrong screw put back that holds the belt bracket in place. Make sure the screws are the same length as the ones that came out.
