Having a strange problem - We have a C350 with a FS-601 finisher. When the finisher is hooked up, the machine will not duplex. When we take the finisher off, the machine functions just fine. We have checked all the sensors, board connections, etc..., and just cant figure it out. Has anyone ever had a problem like this?

Update: We tried swapping the finisher with another FS-601, and the same problem came back. Could this be a switch setting in the machine? Firmware? I am totally stuck.Parts: Its what your copier craves! -

it has to be something in the fusing unit/ exit section!!Comment

The fusing/exit section was the first thing we checked... no problems there. When the finisher is removed, the machine works perfectly. We only have a problem when the finisher is attatched. The paper doesnt jam anywhere... its like the machine just forgets how to duplex.Parts: Its what your copier craves!Comment
