Better make sure it's the motor (u can swap with other motors w/same pn# in this machine to test!) Cuz sometimes its not... often it is a control board icp failure.. repaired a few of those!

Pn# is printed right on the motor

    Regards!

DESCRIPTION: F51-02. The fixing motor M11, will not turn in diagnostics. CAUSE: Loss of 24VDC to the Fixing drive motor.
SOLUTION: Replace the PRCB (p/n 40LA-9029).

Try this, could be that the motor is OK. Check the ICPS on the PRCB before ordering a new one, as copytechman said.

From a previous post, it was advised to replace the Corona unit in conjunction with the main board. Does this seem logical, or will the main board correct the problem?
