    b250/350 rolls paper

    hi all

i have a problem with the b250 and b350, the m/c rolls the paper when it exit the m/c. this problem start after we replaced the fuser rollers. we replace the thermester as well and it does the same thing. we use the di2510,3510 upper fuser rollers.

are you using the original fuser or a recon. we have had this problem when removing a finisher. when you fit a finisher you have to remove the 3 grey "rollers", if you remove the finisher the paper curls on exit. check to see if they are on the fuser.
Tip for the day; Treat every problem as your dog would.....If you cant eat it or f*ck it....then p*ss on it & walk away...

kingarthur hit the nail on the head. You are most likely missing those gray rollers. I fought that battle once.

Did the machine roll the copies before you changed the teflon roller in the fuser?
The grey rollers that previous posts talk about are on the exit roller shaft on the machine and are not part of the fuser! Did your machine ever have a finisher fitted in the past?

I'd be willing to bet that the thermistor is not making proper contact with the heat roller causing the fuser to run a little hotter than it should. This would cause the paper to curl pretty bad.

Also, flip the paper over in the cassette.
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
