this error coming up at power up
i yray to update the firmware but same
how can resolve this problem

This error code is for a motor lock on the cpu fan on the mfp/main board on the back of the machine... check it out. Does it rotate? If not, replace whatever necessary to make'er go... I doubt a firmware update would generally fix a bum fan.

C-5370 (C5370) code at machine power up.

CAUSE: The PRCB has failed and/or possible MFP Controller Board Cooling Fan (FM6) failure.

SOLUTION: Replace the PRCB (p/n A02E H001 06) and if FM6 is suspect, replace it(p/n 9313 1400 31 - Item 7 in the Parts Manual).
