    About how long does the fuser last on this printer??

    the life is supposed to be 450k, but depending on how much coverage is on the prints it will be significantly less. They will always fail where the thermistor or thermostat sits against the upper fuser roller, as the toner build up on it destroys the coating and you'll end up with black marks down the copies. Same issue on b250, 350, di 2510, 3510 etc..

        You do not have to replace the whole unit , it is reasonably easy to replace the rollers. Also watch out for the red sponge fuser exit rollers, they go off and fall apart.
