C451 error code cfa03

Anyone have any ideas on this one?

When the printer boots it gets an error cfa03 and does not boot, it will not clear or allow any other type of action.

firmware error, re-write it to get rid of this

On this, is the firmware re-write an easy process or covered in a manual and such. We do not have support and I have no tech manual. Thanks for any help anyone can provide.

You need a CF card and a Firmware Imaging Tool. Do a search on this forum, I'm sure you'll find results.

the key question here i think is what was done to the unit to make it give this code? have you tryed trouble reset?

Could have been something as simple as a power surge/dirty power. Have seen many issues with KM boxes and power issues.

its the hard drive disable in system 2 and it will boot the copier

I managed to clear this error, there was a pdf causing all the problems, once i managed to delete it all was working ok.

hy all.
have same problem to bizhub c220 error c-FA03. the blue transfair lamp blinking, Upgrade the Firmware not resulted. Not acess to the bizhub c220

have ne idea?
