Noise from c220 fixing unit

Hi

When installing c220 many of them makes a strange noise after the paper came out. Maybe the fixing unit when it is releasing.

In case you know the solution let me know.

The problem is caused by the motor pressure of fusing unit, when it releases, the noise can be heard. There is a contermeasure provided by KM, you should install it.

I would like to know this too as I have searched the ssd for a solution (as described) and couldnt find one!
