This is a new FS-611, folds are crooked, maybe about 3mm. There's a mechanical adjustment I found in the manual, loosen 5 screws and pivot the stop points left and right. This adjustment was biased all the way in one direction when it came from the factory, moving it toward the center or in the opposite direction makes the skew worse so there's something manufacturing did wrong.
