mode service passord failure with the KM C203

i just forgot my service mode password and i don't know how can i solve this problem

as far as i know you will need to replace the novram.

Is that the actual error?

Are you trying to get into tech rep mode?

There is no password set for this mode.

There are passwords set for the administrator, and if you are using user authentication or if you are using an optional HDD encryption module.

does it let's you use the copier functions or it's stuck with this error, happend to me one time, entered the correct code , and locked up the machine, after unplugin and plug-in it to the power source everything got normal again , hope that will work

ok this is what i need

the 3 of my image unit are full this is my problem and i need to change the image unit stop to the no stop to do the i don't access to my service mode
can u suppose an other solution to solve this problem
