    Minolta 5050 C0400

    I think the code if for the exposure lamp which is good , any other guesses on an intermittent c-0400 code.

      Check for the main door interlock switch, it can be burnt or the main door is not closing properly.

          C400 isthe exposure lamp, c0400 is the transport bed fan. probably a bad fan but first clean the air filter and see if that helps.

              Looks to me that c0040 is transport bed suction fan, c0400 is exposure lamp error, which one is it? I've seen fans fail, lamps fail, could be the auto exposure sensor block as well for the lamp error (thats what looks for the light apparently)
              Please advise!
