        Re: BootUpScreen

        Hi,

I'm trying this out on an ineo+220 i use the km donau boot screen converter from the KB.

I have managed to get the image uploaded to the machine but the image I use looks corrupted.

Do I need a different pallete file than the one included donau.ct

        Regards,

        Joe

          Re: BootUpScreen

I also have been trying to get custom boot screen on some Konica Minolta mfp's with the Donau Boot Screen Converter provided by Konica Minolta(v 1.0) and followed all steps,
but all i get is black screens on the display...is there a newer version? Or is everyone using the "old" procedure with the mosel_256_01.plt file? If there's a new version is there someone who would like to share it, or share the mosel_256_01.plt file(s). Thanks in advance.

Interesting thread... would be great to get my company logo on it. Is it possible / does it work on a bizhub c250?

I See there is a lot of posts here trying to get the bootscreens to work

There is a NEW Bootscreen creator released by KM Europe.
Its much much easier and you don't need any color palates.

You can drag and drop a Jpeg or BMP onto edit ....edit/zoom ...add color background
Then save it for correct screen aspect ratio (Zeus/MinervaC284/C454 or C280/C452 ratio)

Same method to save into the MFP

I will try to attached it in this post
Its available on KM Europe,KM US and CSES (Bootscreen creator 3.1.1.0)

just make sure the file saved is BootUpScreen.bin
the MFP wont recognize any other filename.

Its now so easy we let our sales people do it !
If a customer is coming in for a demo then they go to their website and grab the company logo
Make a quick bootscreen and the customers are always really impressed.
                              They feel you care

Its the little things that can make the difference.
